I wanted to create Durmstrang (one of the other magic schools from Harry Potter's universe) based on the descriptions found in the books, on the internet and with the art direction of the existing movies (not too epic scales and unreal proportions, etc ...).
I wanted it to be credible.

I spend way more time than usual on the 3D base to improve my skills and because I'll need it to create other shots from different angles and weathers.
